Terms of Service

Rockette provides software for creating, testing, deploying, and monitoring user-authored automated trading strategies. When you activate a strategy, our execution software may automatically submit transactions according to the authorized strategy and its execution limits.

Rockette does not take custody of digital assets. Transactions, when authorized, are submitted from your connected wallet. We do not operate general-purpose withdrawal or transfer capabilities outside your strategy authorization model.

You are responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving your strategies, execution parameters, and deployment decisions. Strategy versions are snapshotted at deployment; edits require a new deployment and authorization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and connected wallet.

Rockette uses third-party authentication (Privy) and embedded wallets. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Rockette does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or portfolio-management advice. Strategy Copilot outputs are software suggestions requiring your review and approval before live deployment.

Past backtest or paper results do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for strategy logic, position sizing, leverage, and all trading decisions executed through your account.

Dry run mode logs intended actions without submitting transactions. Paper mode simulates fills using live market data. Live mode submits real transactions to Jupiter Perps and can result in loss of funds.

Cryptocurrency and perpetual futures trading involve substantial risk, including total loss of collateral. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Rockette integrates with Jupiter Perps, Solana, and other third-party services. We do not control those protocols and are not liable for their outages, bugs, oracle issues, liquidations, or smart contract risks.

Market data, funding rates, and mark prices are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.

You may not use Rockette for market manipulation, unauthorized access, abuse of APIs, reverse engineering to circumvent limits, or any unlawful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use poses security, legal, or operational risk to the platform or other users.

Rockette software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of strategies you create, and grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if no fees were paid).

Certain features may be unavailable depending on your location, applicable law, asset, market, or execution venue. We may suspend or disable strategies that violate law, platform rules, market-abuse rules, or security policies.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email where available.
