Rockette provides software. We do not custody customer digital assets. Transactions, when authorized, are submitted from your connected wallet according to your strategy and execution limits.

When you activate a strategy, Rockette's worker may automatically evaluate rules and submit transactions without further confirmation per tick. You authorize this behavior when you deploy live execution.

Stopping a bot or revoking authorization ends new submissions. Open positions may remain until your strategy or you closes them.

Rockette does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or portfolio-management advice. Strategy templates and backtests are software examples, not recommendations.

Strategy Copilot helps implement strategies you choose. It should not tell you what to buy or sell for your personal situation.

Backtests use historical market data and simulated execution. Results are hypothetical, may omit liquidation, partial fills, latency, and on-chain reconciliation gaps, and do not guarantee future performance.

Meme / SPL spot liquidity: Thin Jupiter routes can slip hard or fail. Tokens can rug, freeze, or lose liquidity overnight.

Backtest ignores some live costs: Backtests apply estimated fees, slippage, and funding, not exact Jupiter quotes. Real fills can differ.

Backtest uses Binance futures, live uses Jupiter: Backtests replay Binance perp mark, index, funding, and OI. Live/paper use Jupiter Perps, levels can diverge slightly.

Funding source differs by mode: Backtests replay Binance historical funding (8h intervals, converted to hourly). Live/paper read Jupiter hourly funding.

Slippage on volatile moves: Large moves or thin liquidity can fill far from the mark, especially on close.

Trading and swap fees: Perp opens/closes and any spot swaps incur fees not shown in raw PnL.

Spot/meme and perpetual strategies are separate product surfaces with different risk. Both ship as first-class automation. Jurisdiction or deployment flags can still disable live execution without hiding the builder.

Certain features may be unavailable depending on your location, applicable law, asset, market, or execution venue. Server-side eligibility checks apply; UI hiding alone is not a security boundary.
